Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify potential leads through Outbound Calls to data collected through social media, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
  • Maintain a database of leads and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Communicate the features and benefits of products/services and tailor the pitch to meet the needs of the prospect.
  • Address any concerns raised by the customer and provide relevant information to encourage a positive buying decision.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
