You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for clients interested in scheduling appointments or demos, showcasing exceptional communication and organizational skills.

CTC

Between 18,000 – 25,000 plus high Incentives

Location: (Andheri)Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify potential leads through Outbound Calls to data collected through social media, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
  • Maintain a database of leads and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Communicate the features and benefits of products/services and tailor the pitch to meet the needs of the prospect.
  • Address any concerns raised by the customer and provide relevant information to encourage a positive buying decision.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of scheduled appointments, ensuring data integrity.

And work closely with sales, marketing, and other relevant teams to coordinate appointments and ensure a smooth handover.
